Pantone has released it's 2014 color report, which influences both the fashion and interior design worlds.  The following 10 colors will be seen everywhere from clothing to home accents. They are a combination of nature inspired pastels and rich, cheerful brights.  Use them individually or pair a pastel with a bold color for a contemporary look.

The color of the year is Radiant Orchid. Use this in moderation as a pop of color or live on the wild side and paint a whole room or accent wall.  Interior decorating should be fun and reflect your personal style.  Don't be afraid to update and take a design risk.  Standard advice applies to all would-be sellers...keep it neutral.  If you're in your home for the long haul, have fun and experiment with these fantastic color options.
Visit under trend forecasting to see Placid Blue, Violet Tulip, Hemlock, Sand, Paloma, Cayenne, Freesia, Celosia Orange, Radiant Orchid, and Dazzling Blue.
